This street spot was UNPARALLED. I couldn't believe this view, the entire time I felt like I was in an entire country and that made the food obsolete- honestly, you're in the middle of Chinatown, you're not going to find bad Chinese, it was good, it's always good.
THIS STREET. THIS STREET IS THE SECRET. Go to Pell Street, at night preferably, walk down it, support local business by hopping into literally any restaurant you see. This will be the perfect date night. Walk around and POTENTIALLY end the night at Apothoke, Peachys, or Chinese Tuxedo -all currently (as of 2.17.2021) temporarily closed, but double check before you go and see if you can reserve a spot at any of these phenomenal cocktail bars. Otherwise, you can go to the Original Chinatown Ice Cream Factory, or any Asian dessert spot out in this area. This night will not disappoint.
