Memorial Day Weekend in New York City Guide! 2021

Visit Little Island - all New Yorkers have this on the agenda I'm sure but what a way to make this weekend special by a New York first.

Catch a sunset at a rooftop bar - If you can't make it the Hamptons Sandbar or Broken Shaker at Freehand is a fabulous option. Le Bain, Brass Monkey, Gansevoort Rooftop, and PHD are all open. Electric Lemon in Hudson Yards is meant to be amazing at sunset too for that upper echelon dinner.

Brunch - An obvious choice- Madam Ji's for a last minute res. Click here for this crazy $40 for 2 bottomless brunch deal. Then you'll be in Greenwich to enjoy some beautiful strolls.

Dumbo Time Out Market! - Reopening just in time for this weekend, head to the Dumbo waterfront for some sunshine and some very cool events.

Bossa Nova stylings from Alexia Bomtempo

• Alt-country chart-topping vocalist Queen Esther

• Globally celebrated, New York-born graffiti muralist, Hoacs

• Augmented reality artwork presented by Kaleida Studio

• Whimsical performance artists presented by Coney Island USA

• A celebration of local Brooklyn beers at our Love Local Brews Bar

The BEACH - Go early because Rockaway will be wall to wall packed but I CAN NOT WAIT. The Tacoway Beach line for margs and tacos will be around the block but it will be so worth it.

TWA Hotel's Rock-A-Rama - The 60's vibe TWA Hotel is bringing in some roller skating fun to our summer with a 44-by-56-foot outdoor rink around the hotel's 1958 Lockheed Constellation "Connie" airplane. One 50-minute skate session is just $20 per adult. Head over on Fridays from 4-8pm or on Saturday or Sunday from noon to 8pm to get roller skating!

Picnic! - Monday's looking like a great day for a picnic, at any park your mind can fathom. Brooklyn Bridge Park would be great after the Time Out Market- Domino would be great to walk through Williamsburg before or after- pick up some ice cream from the ice cream truck.
